The spa was beyond amazing, with so many different treatments and relaxation options. The food was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients that made every meal a delight. The staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And let's not forget about the incredible skiing and hiking opportunities in the Stubai Valley. We had the best time exploring the slopes and taking in the stunning views. it was the perfect combination of action and relaxation!

The only thing we would have liked to see more of was a vibrant nightlife scene for young, party-going people. While the hotel had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, it would have been even more fun if there were more opportunities to dance and socialize at night.

I had one of the best hotel experiences ever at Relais. The view from my room was breathtaking and the welcome cocktail made me feel instantly relaxed. The dinner on the deck was superb and the spa was enormous and extremely relaxing. The hospitality shown to me was unparalleled. I will definitely be returning to Relais in the future. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those seeking luxury and outdoor activities in a stunning location.

Nice SPA with many sauna options (try herbal sauna!) and good selection of massages (book in advance if you want them in the afternoon). Great food, especially dinner served from the menu - very elegant and tasty. Wine list should satisfy everybody. Great surprice - free hotel transfer to the gletcher ski area!

We also managed to park the car at on-site. It is in front of the airport. We got free upgrade and appreciated it.

Clean rooms - beautiful location near the alps - friendly staff, and great buffet options for both dinner and breakfast. The spa facilities were amazing - especially the private spa. The involvement of the owners/hostess made the experience extra special. Barbara - a waitress, and Klaus - who does sauna events - provided exceptional service.

The location was ideal for winter activities, such as skiing and snowboarding.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The spa was overcrowded, and we had to wait in line to use the facilities.
